Atualização de Firmware - Speedtouch 510 v4

Foi lançada uma atualização de firmware do modem SpeedTouch 510v4 (R4.3.2.6)
no dia 13/03/2006.
Eu fiz a atualização e percebi uma remodelação na interface web, tendo
diversas alterações.
- SpeedTouch: exibe a versão e a release;
- Information: os detalhes da versão do modem, botão reset;
- Configuration: área para definir (Wizard)
bridge/router/pppoe/pppoa/whatever (router/PPPoE aqui);
- Event Logs: exibe o log do modem, tanto as msgs do firewall
quanto do sistema interno do modem;
- Broadband Connection: exibe 2 classificações, DSL Connection e
Internet;
- DSL Connection: Uptime (modem), Modulation ,Bandwidth, Data
Transferred;
- Internet Services: Uptime (Internet), IP, Data Transferred;
DNS,...;
- Toolbox: diversos serviços como Remote Assistence, Firewall, User Management,
Game & Application Sharing, Dynamic DNS;
- Remote Assistence: opção para configuração remota do modem,
usando outra porta, [enabled|disabled];
- Game & Application Share: tem uma lista de jogos/app e
vc define quais perfis quer usar para Xhost (port-forward);
- Firewall: aqui será definido o nível de segurança:
1. BlockAll, Use this Security Level to block all
traffic from and to the Internet. Game & Application sharing is not allowed
by the firewall.
2. Standard, Use this Security Level to allow all
outgoing connections and block all incoming traffic. Game & Application sharing
is allowed by the firewall..
3. Disabled, Disable the firewall. All traffic is
allowed to pass through your SpeedTouch. Game & Application sharing is allowed
by the firewall.
- Dynamic DNS: suporta os serviços dyndns, statdns, custom,
no-ip, DtDNS, gnudip - pode ser configurado +1 serviço;
- User Management: controle de acesso no modem, tendo por parâmetro
privilegios e contas;
- Home Network: exibe os hosts pindurados na rede;
- Devices: atribui a cada MAC os serviços do Game & App
Share;
- Interface: área reservada para configuração da faixa de
IPs que serão usados na lan, DHCP, máscara..;
Notas finais: na atualização ocorreu tudo certo, após configurar o modem como
roteador em Wizard usando perfil Router/World, o modem tentou conectar mas não
conseguiu pois a conta ainda estava pindurada no servidor speedy, depois q
eu resetei o modem e configurei denovo a ativação foi que uma beleza =)
Então quem for atualizar, seria bom antes da atualização fazer a desconexão
ou aguarde uns 10min para estabelecer a conexão, pois a firmware já é compatível
com Router/PPPoE
